Strike culture is very important and has throughout the years given several employees the rights they deserve. Being part of a strike gives you the chance to speak up but also provides a strong feeling and connection to a community. The phrase “general strike” is used during strike and about strikes that are organized by a big group of workers from several industries. To include and lift strike culture I used the phrase “general strike”.
