This fictive project involved designing a new perfume collection for Swedish actress Alicia Vikander. Keywords for the project included exclusive, Nordic connection/design, light, bright, and luxury. The final result featured three distinct perfume names, package designs, and a logotype. My inspiration came from Nordic: interior design, graphic design, nature, and bind runes, creating a collection that embodies the natural beauty of the Nordic region.
Each perfume is named and marked with different bind runes. A bind rune is a combination of two runes creating a new or stronger meaning. Runes and bind runes have a strong historical connection to Scandinavia.
The lettermark is put together with a simplified design to make a connection to the bind runes.
